The Comfort Crew has created four specialized Comfort Kits to support military children and their families through deployment, reintegration, injury, and loss. The Comfort Kit components are designed for children ages 6-12 to help them understand, manage, and express their feelings, let them know they aren't alone, and increase communication for the whole family. They consist of core components like the writing journal, family guidebook, access to a topic-specific animated movie, and a plush animal for comfort and companionship. Each Comfort Kit has additional items specific to that topic.

Comfort Kits are provided free to military families who request them at http://www.comfortcrew.org/resources and send directly to their homes. When funding permits, we also meet requests for bulk Comfort Kit orders from military-connected resource professionals. We are able to do this thanks to partners like Veterans United Foundation, WWP, USAA, JTMF Foundation and DAV, and our generous donors. When requests outpace funding, we place these orders on a waitlist. While we are working hard to identify additional funding, we cannot guarantee that every request will be met or that it can be met by the desired time frame.
